I’ve been going to Orchid Family Dental since moving to Richardson in 2022 and it’s always been a fantastic experience. The hygienists are very thorough and do an excellent job in explaining areas where you should focus on better cleaning. Dr. Jacob is very friendly and always very attentive to any questions or concerns at the end of every appointment. My family and I plan to continue coming here as long as we live in this area!
I highly recommend this office for several reasons. Dr Tiffany Jacob is a very knowledgeable and professional dentist who makes your dental experience phenomenal. All her staff members are friendly, respectful and caring. Nicole goes above and beyond to help and resolve third party issues and Laura the hygienist does an excellent job while making you feel very comfortable.
Excellent dental professionals and latest equipment (3D xray, 3D wand, etc). Treated a cavity same day, found tumor looking spots in my left jaw bones (but said they looked benign), and were extra patient and considerate of my uber sensitive teeth. Definitely recommend this place. They treat you like family and are reasonable and skilled.
