Service agents don’t seem like they are experienced, I just started my service and I’m already feeling like this was not the best option for me. The background is always loud when calling and the rep can’t comprehend simple questions.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are outrageous with charges and rates. I can't wait for my contract to end. They don't work with customers even if you're a loyal customer. They can't wait for you to get behind a day or more to charge a $25 late fee. I can't wait to leave this company. Hard to reach customer service. Rates are too much. Never had a $360 electric bill before. Searching for a way out.
Everybody is so money hungry these days. I paid my last bill about two weeks in advance and this month, these disgusting people billed me four days before the usual date and harassed me before the date they gave to pay the bill. I am switching at the end of September.
