Great service. Patient. Informed and thorough. Ben was great to work with. They don't try to make you sign an agreement upfront over the phone like most other places. They actually have entomologist on staff (the actual owners). Would totally recommend.

We had a squirrel issue and wanted to go with someone in the Richardson area. Squirrels are notoriously tricky, but Entex was with us for repeated visits (all covered by their warranty) and communicated well throughout the whole process.You get a small business, family feel with Entex. We will be using them for periodic maintenance and any future issues.

Mike Swan has been out to our house to solve a variety of issues - they've always solved the problem, whether it be rats, spiders, or even beetles. Mike has the solution! Thank you Entex!!
