Professional and responsive. I've been using Cool Experts at my last home. Just moved into this home and used Cool Experts to fix issues with HVAC. I'm on their regular plan on both houses.

We are so happy we chose to work with Cool Experts!!! The whole company was extremely professional and helpful especially Megan! She was amazing! She guided us through the process from start to finish and even coordinated with our insurance company. I don't think I've taken the time to write a review for any product or service in at least 10 years. That is how impressed I was with Megan! We highly recommend Megan and Cool Experts to anyone that needs help with their Heating or Cooling Systems! Give them a call! You won't be disappointed!

Cool Experts Hearing & Air will not disappoint. My first impressions I was skeptical about getting my unit replaced under the active insurance claim, but David was honest, great communication, and managed the entire process from end to end. We decided to upgrade the compressor to a better compressor unit, and the pricing was much lower than I expected.
