With my active lifestyle, Dr. Ashby helped me to idenity problem areas and improved my overall athletic performance. During and after the visit, he demonstrated strategies and exercises to prevent injury, pain, and discomfort. He has a wealth of knowledge and techniques that I enjoy learning about!
