I took my family of 5 for training and it was great! The kids, age 19, 16, and 13 did not like it at first but soon changed their mind. The kids recognized they were being trained for reality and for their personal safety. For this, they are the training is priceless!
I was involved in a roadside altercation. A knife was concealed in the aggressors hand and I was cut it the throat. That day I learned while I thought I had skills, I did not. But taking this self defence class meant that I was just simply untrained and unprepared for the realities that could face us all. I took a bad situation and learned my vulnerabilities and now am gaining the knowlege that I will make better choices next time, learn skills that will make me better able to defend myself in a world that does not always fight fair. Been a student here for years. Sometimes I go cross train at other schools just for fun and I come running back to ACWA cos it’s really the Standard. Best investment you can possibly make
