Horrible! Two guys came out to look at my water heater. I drained it before they came over. I tried to explain what happened, also tried to tell them about some previous plumbing issues. They started arguing with each other about whether or not the tank was drained. It escalated quickly. In the middle of all this, one quoted me a ridiculously inflated price to replace the heater. I was going to just pay them the service call fee and tell them to leave. When I came back from getting my checkbook they were still arguing with each other, one of them even putting hands on the other. I finally just told them I’m not paying them a penny, and to get the hell off my property. One of them kept arguing with me, I had to yell at him three times to tell him to shut up and just leave. I was ready to call the cops, they finally drove away, still arguing with each other. Never had anything like this happen before.
