This was my first appointment with Lauren and I was *long* overdue for a microloc retie. Lauren was patient and offered up great conversation. February 23, 2023, I had my first visit with Lauren. I am transitioning from chemicals on my hair to natural hair. I was very comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in the door. She was very patient and informative. I WILL definitely be going through this process with her.
