First Eye Care Prosper provides exceptional eye care with a team of skilled and caring professionals. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making patients feel at ease. The optometrists, including Dr. Wade Konvalin and Dr. Wang, are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly. They are patient, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients' needs. The office is nice and appointments can be scheduled quickly. Overall, First Eye Care Prosper offers a great experience for patients of all ages.
Dr.Tran took care of my kids and he is fantastic. We’ve been patients at this location for the last two years and weren’t pleased with the previous doctor we saw, so much so that my husband and I left elsewhere this year. We will absolutely be returning to see him the next time we are due for our exams!
My only complaint is Sheri? I believe was the name. She wasn’t very knowledgeable and attempted to dissuade me from purchasing contacts after the doctor had already advised that it was ok for me to go ahead and order.
Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend. Friendly, attentive staff that addressed all my needs. Can’t brag on them enough. Just a great overall experience at this office. Thank you My Eye Doctor - Prosper!!
This staff is truly amazing! Yesterday they were extremely busy and I watched an encounter with an extremely difficult person and the manager handled it so well regardless of how she was treated. I was very impressed. (I heard the lady tell her she was going to leave a bad Google review which is why I wanted to leave a good one for them) They were absolutely amazing with my daughter. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had any issues. I highly recommend this place!
