I trust John more than I trust my own doctor. Unlike every other trainer I have worked with over the decades, he listens to me. He never asks me to do anything that he is not willing to do right along beside me! Nothing has been more motivating!!

Thin Blue Line Fitness started with my daughter. Once I saw the amazing challenges and obstacle courses it offered I was hooked. Of course I’m not 18 years old so the concern was there. However, John eased that concern by offering challenges and obstacles based on my ability. First workout was outside on a beautiful sunny day which I loved because I am in the office all day. I have trained with multiple personal trainers in the past, but none like John. First, on time and professional. Second, he is very up to date on the medical and physiology of the body. I know, because I have a healthcare education background. Third, having a back injury, I can't do certain exercises, yet John finds a way to address the issue. Fourth, the approach of training outside, exposed to fresh air, sun, natural turf and using many different training gadgets and weights is a lot of fun. Fifth, super affordable. Sixth, being about a mile away from my house, ....PRICELESS!!!
