I’ve been bringing Canelo here for two years , and we absolutely love it. The Staff is always friendly and gentle with him. Canelo gets the best treatment and he loves it. Canelo says Thank you! ??!
I've been using CityVet Prosper since November 2023 and have had no complaints. However I took my cat in for a recheck for allergy symptoms yesterday and saw a new vet, Dr. Shah. He was fantastic! He explained all of the treatment options and the pros and cons of each. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and worked with me to create a treatment plan that I was very happy with. He is also very calm, kind, and approachable. I think that overall the office is good, but I was extremely impressed with Dr. Shah!
Our vet was book all day and our 120# baby had a hurt knee. They were so warm and helpful. From the time we came in to the time we left I felt completely comfortable and confident that Dr. Garcia and the nurse had the answers. They had options and always provided a quote. Nothing was ever pushed. It was a great experience for our baby and me! I highly recommend them. I will be using them from now on for all the furry kids! ??
