In Port A on vacation and the fridge in my camper was giving me trouble. They answered my call and my questions. if I need to get parts or service they will be my first call.Service: Refrigerator repair
Coastal Bend Appliance wasn’t able to come out and help me but they were kind enough to talk me through how to DIY repair my dishwasher over the phone. I asked if I could pay him for his time and he declined, very courteous and I couldn’t recommend highly enough based on costumer service.
Just spoke to this gentleman to ask some questions. Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. We might just buy a new fridge but I know who I would be calling if I ever have any issues.
