Several years ago, my best friend received an awful haircut that made her cry.. They refused to give her a refund initially, and we left. Then, I left a Google review that explained the situation. They reached out and asked her to come back, where we were pulled into a storage room and yelled at for the review, and said if she didn't like the haircut, she should have told them, and that if we wanted the refund, I would need to remove or alter the Google review which i did so she would get her money back and never received her money back. I only recently saw this when Google reminded me of my first Google review.. 10/10 I do not recommend this place; they are highly unprofessional and must be evaluated by the Better Business Bureau.

So sad :( I’ve been coming here for years and recommended countless friends and family here, but I can’t come back to whoever is running the store now. Whoever cut my hair last didn’t understand my hair at all and cut it into a very unflattering shape. Asian hair is thick and needs to be thinned at the ends, but she didn’t do that properly. I shouldn’t have gone back, but I’ve been going for so long that I had hope the next person would be better. But it was the same person. When I came back to do a perm, she charged me $200. Later I texted the owner how much the service was, and she told me $180… so the person running the store is skimming extra off the top I guess? And clearly doesn’t have the skills to cut or style hair :(

I’ve been coming here for years — cuts and perms and the service has always been great. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy.
Today I came in about two hours before closing without much of a plan, (just said I wanted a noticeable change and was open to everything) and they still took the time to talk through options with me and gave me a fresh look I feel really good about...Highlights and a slight trim to frame my face☺️💕

First time coloring my hair at a professional salon. I booked an appointment to make sure they had availability (which I recommend). They were super welcoming and answered any questions I had. The hair color turned out great and they treated my hair with care even when I had to get it bleached for the color I wanted. They even educated me more on how to care for my hair post treatment. They were knowledgeable and professional the entire time. Service was amazing and felt super comfortable the entire time. Will be back for any future hair alterations :)

This is my third perm here and they always do such a great job! They’re very nice and also offered me water while my perm was being done. If you need a reliable place to get a perm, this is the place.
