Lotus Roofing was great for us. They fought hard against Allstate to make sure we got the approval for our roof and that within itself is a difficult task dealing with Allstate South of Dallas County. The completed roof, gutters and door are great quality. Customer Service was stellar!! I highly recommend!!!

What a fantastic experience I had with the team! John, the owner came out personally when I found myself with a major leak during our latest big storms. Not only did he work quickly to resolve the issue, but he checked in with me the next day and had another counterpart come out and confirm things were squared away. I was blown away by the professionalism and speed at which my issue was resolved. They've got a client for life!
