Surprised by the difficulty I had working with Integrity Electric. After 15 minutes, the service tech determined he could not finish the work in one service call. The office instead decided to bill me for the full amount before the remaining work could be completed. It took several calls, photos and emails to get them to understand the work simply was not done. Simply do not understand the way they do business and glad to have found another electrician.In response to the owner’s note below, the amount I finally paid Integrity did reflect the small amount of worked they actually performed. Suggest you look elsewhere for an electrician. Too difficult to do business with.
Our landlord hired them to replace some lights outside our building. They billed them for a $700 lift that was never here. Which we ended up paying for later! Sorry, not a huge fan of a business that bills for services they didn't provide.Service: Outdoor lighting installation
