I'm very pleased with Hesse. I compared several air conditioning contractors and decided to pick Hesse after originally contacting them as a second opinion check. I was impressed with the inspection; the subsequent discussion and I selected Hesse to replace the two A/C systems. I've waited two plus months to review the work and both units to see if there would be any problems. I have found no issues since the systems were installed in mid-July. The installers arrived on time, worked fast in 105-degree heat, cleaned the work areas, and took away the old systems. The house has been cool since then.
