Good experience overall! No one in the office is judgmental if you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time.It’s disappointing that my husband and I can’t come at the same time for a cleaning because the office only has one hygienist.
It is not often one can give a 5 star rating, honestly, when it comes to taking your children to the dentist ? .... HOWEVER, I am beyond pleased to be able to do just that with Signature Smiles! They are affordable, open to taking the majority of insurances outthere. The Doctors, assistants and all office staff have the patience of Saints when it comes to younger generations ?. The front office staff is rare in that they are very knowledgeable, efficient and always pleasant. Dr. Caldwell is solid, experienced and gives it to you straight. Helps you make the right decisions about your dental care, never tries to upsell or take advantage - the way a dentist should be. Super appreciated.
