Very disappointed with the visit. My appointment was for the specialty cut. According to the menu, it was supposed to include a hair wash before and after the cut, a head massage, and a hot towel. Honestly, I was not expecting a head massage; however, not only did I not receive a hair wash, but I was also charged the full price. The barber was quite careless. My head was bumped quite hard with the shaver a few times, which was pretty uncomfortable. I was still charged the same price 43usd at the end. Crazy. I did get a decent looking hair cut but will not come back

Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other reviews about the beard trim. I left the place with a beard that was asymmetrical and needed another 20 mins of work at home. I don't want to name the person who trimmed it for me, but it was not Savannah who, going by the reviews on here, would probably have done a better job.
Sorry, but that was not a great experience and I won't be back for a beard trim.

Savannah is great! She has been my family's stylist for about 3 years, we followed her when she moved from the Round Rock locations. My husband, 2 boys and myself only come to knockouts and always request her. Y'all have a gem 💎 with her.
