These guys have two locations. Today I had a reservation at the Wilke location. I got there 5 minutes before my reservation and no one showed. I was in a real JAM. I waited 30ish minutes. I was upset to say the least as I had to reschedule a meeting. BUT... Here is the kicker- I called the main location and Danielle there was super fast with the solution that I take them to her location (8 minutes away) while they figured what was up. So I took her up on it! Have taken our Great Pyrenees/Labrador mix dog here several times. We had him stay a couple of nights as well as having him bathed. We have been pleased with both price and professionalism of the staff. We do not enjoy leaving our dog but we feel that he is in good hands at this establishment.
