Austin Key Guy is exceptional! Daniel helped me in the middle of the night when I was locked out, and helped me again months later with another car key issue. Customer service is above and beyond, I'll never go to anyone else.
Bedroom door that accidentally got locked and I had no key they were over here within that our fixed everything got new keys made and the service person was very courteous I would highly recommend
Chris did a fantastic job making new keys for my 2002 Toyota Sequoia. I contacted Austin Key Guy via their webpage and within an hour, Chris was at my house handing me new keys to my car! Excellent response and service time. While he was here, I asked him about getting a new remote for the old car. I had tried several times to find one online. He not only had two options for me, but he programmed one on the spot and had it working in no time! The price he quoted me on the phone was the price I paid (plus the remote I added when he was here). Overall, excellent experience with Austin Key Guy.
