My kid’s iPhone died, and the Apple Store quoted us $400 for the repair. They also said they would need to wipe all the data, and the repair warranty would only last 90 days.
I found TPP through Google Maps, and all the reviews were positive. Since we also wanted to support a local business, we decided to give TPP a try. The experience and results were outstanding and thousand times better than the Apple Store.
We spent around $100 ish to replace the battery, the repair warranty last for 6 months, and all the data was saved. I would definitely recommend TPP to anyone who needs phone repairs!
I had to get my phone fixed asap and Tony delivered exactly that, replacing my phone screen in 20 minutes. Pricing is awesome and the store is clean and in a good area. this’ll be my new go to place for device repairs.
edit- i needed my phone screen replaced again after two weeks (im always dropping my phone so my fault) and i had the pleasure to have john help me. i had the same screen replacement, the basic LCD not OLED, but the screen fits properly this time. the first time the bottom of the display had a centimeter of blank screen. i just thought for the price you get what you get. but john did my screen replacement perfectly and i’m extremely grateful.... read full review
Brought my Iphone 13 pro here to fix the backglass, and flash as well as replace the battery. The battery on the phone was bulging, so I definitely had to get it fixed. The people here were very quick, fixed all of my issues perfectly, and all of it at a very fair price. I didn't even bring it in for the flash, but they noticed and threw it into the already pretty good deal for free for waiting a couple days!
Overall, loved my experience here, will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on!
