Please do not use this company, I sent them a very high end client and my client has been given the complete run around. They don’t answer calls or effectively handle transactions, they just keep saying they are in meetings. Lost a check in transit and take weeks to resolve. My client is still waiting on her tenants rent and have been under the management since August with only 1 payment made out to them as landlords. Ridiculous service, will never use them again.

My landlord went with this company didn’t even tell me. I found out my a notice paper in the mail saying the company is trying to contact me. I literally call and call and its like they never answer ! I been calling since Monday she didn’t answer back till wed or Thursday but she answers my landlord …. I call the # no one ever answers it will be at 3pm sometimes. Also I’ve been trying to get ahold of them to talk about fee I just paid extra fees after being told we wouldn’t when we pay rent !!! No one ever answers my questions .!! Ever time I do call she is never by her desk she is always away … also the site is always down and feels like she doesn’t know...read full review
