My husband tweaked his back and was basically unable to walk. I went to see Dr. Li about 2 weeks ago for a trigger thumb on my right hand from too much computer work. I had gone to see an orthopedic doctor and we opted for a brace on my right hand to stabilize the thumb, but it didn't really help. In fact, the brace restricted movement in my other four fingers and I was losing muscle...muscle atrophy. After just one visit with Dr. Li, I regained about 80-85% of my mobility in my right hand. I also got a special herbal tea from her to soak my hand in, which feels good and helps loosen it up. I will say that yes, some of the needles hurt going in, but it is just for a moment.
