The owner Valerie and her team of instructors in Pearland and Friendswood are outstanding. I started my journey with yoga about three years ago. Sundance’s holistic focus has helped me learn and grow in my practice. Very welcoming and very clean facilites. Highly recommend Sundance Yoga.

Getting to know your body through Yoga is really a Gift, you will start living your life always making sure you're always siting, standing in alignment, I love Sun Dance Yoga Studio because they Teach Iyengar Yoga, which is Sanskrit but taught in a Modern way, it have changed my life to become better always remembering to Breathe, Meditation and live a Healthy life style. All the Teachers are Amazing
