He was available for questions and went above-and-beyond to make sure we received all the replacement and repairs necessary to return our roof and gutters back to excellent condition.He recognized storm damaged and helped us deal with our insurance company. New Horizons Roofing team were very responsive and quickly addressed issues on our roof. We were so pleased that we hired his team for additional projects. He guarantees the quality of his work, and we have had no issues since the repair and upgrades.
The team that he had working was very efficient and respectful. It was one of the easiest things I have done. His crew was amazing and made sure everything was cleaned up In the yard as I have 3 dogs and children that like like to run around.
