I HIGHLY recommend Frost Dental! I was a new patient and really didn't want to visit a dentist, but it has been about 10 years since I last visited a dental office, but this needed to change, and because being so long this was going to be a big procedure Dr Frost was going to do it, they gave me the royal treatment! Excellent customer service, caring bedside manner, very helpful, informative, professional and clean!! They made the experience the Best! I often get anxiety just thinking about going in. So I had to get my bearings before writing this review. I ended up having multiple fillings yesterday so I didn't want to write my review in wrong state of mind - here are my thoughts: STAFF - super friendly and competent. I was a little worried when I first called because I had to leave a message, but I got a call promptly from Jessica, and she was not only able to initially get me on the schedule, but also called me when there was a cancellation, enabling me to get in sooner - I had an urgent situation that I was concerned about and it really meant a lot to be able to get in faster.
