Lilly, Annie are my go-to massage therapists and all front desk are very nice and I get my knots taken care of. I've been going to them for a few years and always buy the packages. I even tried the Sugarland location so I could go cupping and liked it there. Cloud 9 does an amazing job. The atmosphere is very serene, very clean and I enjoy my massages.
It was my first time at Cloud 9 and I was on just that! It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be returning. I had the 40/40 foot and Swedish body massage with Helen and enjoyed every min of it. This place is a gem!
I took my Mom and myself for a session at Cloud 9 Foot Spa Pearland recently. The receptionist was friendly, professional, accommodating by helping us understand options. We opted for the 40/40 reflexology and Swedish massage -- which is a total of 80 minutes. 40 minutes of reflexology and 40 minutes of a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. The interior massage areas and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Our therapist were Annie and William, they both were professional and thorough. The therapist were welcoming.
