Called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel or reschedule. They want you to give them a 6 hour notice if you cancel. I did not want to reschedule so I canceled. Was told she would refund me this time like it was my fault. Will not try this place again.

We received a phone call from Kendall manager at Cloud 9. She apologized for the mishap that originally and occurred and requested an opportunity to make it right. Her and the team and Cloud 9 made it right. I appreciate the call, the great customer service and the great massage that I am wife where able to enjoy. Kendall thank you for making our birthdays great.
Cloud 9 had a therapist named Lucy, tiny China girl but her deep tissue massage packed a big punch, the only therapist that had me ready to tap out, when they told me she wasn't there anymore I literally almost cried, never been able to find a therapist to dig deep in them muscles like here, wish I knew where she was
I had an amazing experience with Jack at Cloud 9 Foot Spa. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. Jack really took his time and focused on the areas that needed the most attention, providing both relaxation and real relief. His technique is excellent, firm when needed but still very soothing. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and already looking forward to my next visit.
