Repairman awesome, but it’s taken Sears 3 months, august - October to repair it, and not sure it’s fixed yet, it’s been 1 thing after another breaking down. Albert was great. I was fortunate to have him for both appointments. He was knowledgeable and honest and I will use this service if needed in the future, primarily because of Albert.
Satisfied and unsatisfied. Unsatisfied for the reason being that when he took the control panel off, there was a loose connection, that was not connected from previous work order done. Also was not able to determine what the problem was that causing it to stop working. Thankful that he did connect the wire and made sure that all was working properly.Service: Microwave repair
