We purchased our customized doors back in 2019 and I definitely agree to a certain extent with some of the recent negative comments. However, just an FYI, it’s under new ownership. We recently had water seep in through our doors with the recent rain. I contacted palmview doors and thought I was going to have another bad experience. Mr. Chapa Sr. however, made it clear that he recently took over the company. He went above and beyond to take care of our issue. Yes, it took a few days to get it done, but he was upfront with me from the beginning about the time frame.
