Orangefield Water Supply

Tried getting water installed at my property for 3 months and Gene kept making promises that he would get it done. Decided to go with a well instead. This place needs some serious help!

Our family is fairly new to orangefield water. Our bill started out at 160$ for our small family, this month we didn't receive a bill, had a sneaky suspicion that it was because it was going to be higher because of the freeze and them having to repair others pipes. Went online and got our bill and it was 200$, we couldn't even drink it due to boil water notice( that we found out from the news, not them) orangefield water is a joke!!! If I could get them no stars I would.

My wife and I have always paid our water bill .. and sometimes we have asked for extintions and and paid it off at do time. Now they tell me they no longer do extensions.. water is a necessity .. if we always made good on it .why wouldn't they.. give a three day extension at least..are they just telling me that. Is any one able to get extintions?
