Amazing service from start to finish. I needed fast help with a shower valve repair late at night in New Braunfels, and a plumber arrived in about 30 minutes. My sister called to let me know the shower would not shut off while I was at work, so I rushed home and saw right away that I needed a professional plumber. I was very thankful they were available even at midnight and ready to handle the plumbing issue without delay. Avery was professional, polite, and easy to talk with. He quickly diagnosed the shower valve problem, made the repair efficiently, and had everything working properly again in about 25 minutes. what a great plumbing experience from start to finish. the woman who answered my call was very friendly, and she kept me updated with texts and an email to confirm the appointment. landon showed up right at the start of the service window, was very polite, and got to work on the faucet repair right away. he also shared some helpful tips about the faucet warranty and explained things in simple terms. the repair was finished in about 10 minutes, and i was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge. he said it just would not be fair to bill that much for such a quick fix. my kitchen sink was out of service, so having the water running again so fast was a huge relief....read full review
I had a plumbing leak in my upstairs bathroom, and water was dripping down into the kitchen. I was pretty stressed because I had friends visiting and more coming soon, and I was worried we would not be able to use the shower. I called several plumbers and could not get anyone out quickly, but Terry Family Plumbing listened to my situation and had someone here within a couple of hours. Earl was excellent. He quickly checked the bathroom plumbing, found the problem, and made a temporary repair so everything would keep working while my guests were in town.
