Really glad that we have pinnacle pest control. We are having a hard time right now and Daltonwith pinnacle helped us to get service we had a pest control company but they did not help us it was all about money. James arrived promptly during the window that was agreed-upon. He introduced himself and let me know why he had arrived based on the information provided to him. He actually saw a wasp nest in the front of the house that we were not aware of. He took care of all four wasps nests quickly, and then let me know so that I could lock my gate back up. Really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.
