Abel is truly incredible. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain everything and answer all of our questions with patience and kindness. His intelligence and expertise were evident from the start, and he made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet genuinely kind. The technicians are awesome - professional and so polite. They kept me informed every step of the way. Legacy sent 2 crews to install my new HVAC unit due to the challenges with my 90 year old house. It was up and running in 1/2 day. They took before and after pictures and explained all the work they performed. I’ve used Legacy at my rental house too and the service is always impeccable. I referred them multiple times to friends and family members.
