I cannot say enough positive things about our interactions with Paul Deutsch of Kurk Homes. My wife and I first met Paul when we toured the Kurk model home in New Braunfels. We were doing research on building our own custom home and he was very thorough in giving us a tour of the home and explaining the possibilities. During this process, Paul has been very responsive and patient with our questions and concerns. We are working remotely to design our forever home and Paul has responded quickly to any questions or concerns that have come up. We just closed on a house constructed for us by Kurk Homes. We are both extremely happy with the final product and would recommend them if you are looking to build a house on your lot.
We were very happy with the construction manager assigned to our home, Jason Parmet. He is a personable guy and was very responsive to our calls and texts. He did a great job of keeping us on track for the required design team meetings, milestones requiring owner action, etc. He always seemed happy to see us and we felt the same way. We recently moved into our new home built by Kurk Homes in the Hill Country. After some delays in the beginning due to personelle issues, Misael Soto took over as project manager. Although the entire process took much longer than was expected, with a few bumps along the way, Misa moved the process along more smoothly. We are very happy with the quality of work and the workmanship and the final result of our house. We really appreciate the help that we received from Jeffrey Merriman in selecting the colors and styles of the interior materials.
