Our existing unit was over ten years old and could not cool our house. I called Climate Express and they came out the very next day. Emily was the first contact I had with the company. She went over all the options with me and helped me decide on a new system. I have since used Emily several times and she has always come through for us. You got a question??? She has the answer. She gave me an estimate on a Thursday and they were here to install the new system on the following Monday. It took less than a day to take out the old system and install the new system. My AC went out last night. I searched for recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page and Climate Express popped up over and over. My husband called this morning and our AC was fixed by noon. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!

Had an amazing experience with Climate Express! My parents had been quoted by another company in town for a duct cleaning of $1800+ that quickly escalated to a full duct replacement of $28,000!!! I reached out to my friend Emily Jackson and she quickly got us an appt with them to review. Ty came out the same afternoon and did an amazing job checking my parents system and recommending the halo to help prevent mold spread with an honest review of their system and quote of less than $500!!
