have been a customer of Climate Express HVAC for several years, and they continue to provide outstanding service. From my initial call with Jeannie, who was pleasant, polite, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service, to my maintenance appointment with JR, the experience was exceptional.
JR was a new technician for me, and I admit I was a little skeptical at first. However, he quickly put my concerns to rest. He was on time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the maintenance that was performed on both of my air conditioning units. My units continue to run efficiently because the work is always done right the first time.
I rarely write reviews, but excellent customer service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Climate Express HVAC, for consistently delivering quality service and employing such outstanding team members!

Mark came today right on time and serviced our four units quickly and very professional, he did an excellent job, gave me some recommendations to change some parts optionally which I agreed to do for better lasting units. Very nice gentleman easy to get along with I will keep Climate Express to do my twice a year maintenance of my units, summer and winter.

I recently had my routine HVAC preventative maintenance check performed by the technician Jason from Climate Express and I was very impressed with the service he provided. He was extremely thorough and took his time to check out the entire system. He spent a lot of time checking the outdoor unit and then did a thorough cleaning of the unit. He took photos to show me what it looked like after cleaning. Jason also took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Climate Express for HVAC service and maintenance and appreciate the excellent customer service that Jason provided.

The 2 gentleman who came to inspect my electrical system were VERY nice, respectful, kind, & encouraging, stating that everything looked in great shape. When they left, I immediately called Climate Express to let them know how impressed & pleased I was with these 2 young men! Thank you!

We had the best experience with Jamie and Oscar at Climate Express. We needed our outdoor flood lights replaced due to a short. They took great care of us and our job was done properly. They were on time and made sure the job was done properly. I will definitely use them again for any of our electrical needs.

We knew there was a problem but we were unable to identify it. The technician came out quickly, identified the problem, as well as a second problem we hadn't even noticed (a feature that was supposed to turn it off wasn't working so it was still cooling which added to our confusion). Resolution of both issues was accurate and fast even considering parts were required.
