I would like the attention to be more personalized and to feel pressured that you want to and go away, they act as if they always have something to do and it is more important than the customers in the place.The reason why there is no more rating is to be closed on Saturdays, those of us who work all week need to buy and make arrangements on Saturday and buy spare parts by Sunday.
So helpful! Service guys came out and fixed the RV in same day even though they were so busy. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I am so grateful to have found them. Very reasonable rates! Also called for vacuum bags, they ordered on Friday and had for me on a Monday. Couldn't be happier!
Can NOT say enough great things about Mr. Danny and the kind folks here. Had 3 estimates from other places and Duvall's easily beat the lowest by at least $3,000.00. The team here went above and beyond my expectations and their work on my 5th wheel looks amazing!! Will be a customer for life here on out.
