The ladies at check in and out were very nice. I have a senior dog so we had a few extra things with us and they were great about taking all of it and labeling it. I also really appreciate that you can pick up and drop off any time during the day, not just during specific windows of time. I think it’s a bit pricey but isn’t everything.
When I booked the kennel, it was a little confusing because I had to send vet records but then never got a call back to schedule. So I called them to set up the dates even though when I initially called I said I wanted to book not just get pricing. Stella, Rae, and Elijah all had an amazing experience with The Lodge Luxury Boarding Retreat. The staff was professional, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and gave us complete peace of mind while our pets were there. Communication was great, and it was obvious our animals were being treated with love and attention the entire time. First, it’s not cheap but I am very happy with the results! For once my dog didn’t come back with a broken or limping leg, nor with loss of weight. It went so bad in other boarding places and pet sitters that i was losing so much trust in this business people.
But She smelled good and her cushion and toy too, she looks very relaxed, no limping. I paid for extra walks so she wouldn’t get bored, It worked she didn’t lose weight means she was relaxed enough to eat. Usually after a few days she stops eating but there she didn’t!
Each time I called they took their time to answer all my questions and they were very polite as well.
