So incredibly thankful for the Doctors and Staff at Fish Creek Animal Hospital! We came home after a vacation to our yellow lab needing an emergency surgery for pyometra. Dr. Pawlowski was in our room sitting on the floor talking us through everything. She provided us with so much grace and was very professional, but also felt like a friend in what was a very scary time for us. She was the one who ended up doing the surgery which was a success! Everyone here is so kind and are all great with my dog! They take great care of him. All of the staff are so easy to talk to and take the time to answer all our questions. They’re easy to schedule with and their charges are reasonable. A great experience from the beginning!
Admittedly, my dog is not a patient here, but I called around looking for Saturday availability at any vet when my dog’s eye got swollen shut. They didn’t have any spots open but Erin directed me to an excellent and affordable urgent care vet. Every other vet office I called told me to go to the Vet ER by Target (which is notoriously a $$$$ establishment). Thankfully, the situation ended up not being a major emergency and was quickly resolved at the urgent vet at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Erin! I never would’ve found that office without you!! You rock!
