Today, 3/5/24, I had an appointment with Nurse practitioner, Ashley Rutledge. She’’s amazing in every way. I do not at all, feel rushed with her She does her job, thoroughly, and always makes sure my questions, if I have any, are answered.

I used to work here at the front desk— the doctors, nurses, IT, and lab are great!!! Really helpful… however I literally hated working here because of the front desk supervisor Marisol. She was so rude, unprofessional, and when I would report it to HR or the managers in office, they didn’t care. Management was not the best, sorry. The rest of the staff was amazing tho

We have used this clinic for about 15 years, in the past 2 years service has gone from 5 star to 0 star. They will not answer or return calls, will not refill prescriptions, can not schedule appointments. The one time we were able to get an appointment the medical assistant did not have a clue, did not know medical terminology, could not spell and did not even properly take a blood pressure. The only positive is some of the doctors, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners are very good. Unfortunately that is useless if you can't access them. Worst management and customer service we have seen in our 73 years. This business needs to be investigated for malpractice....read full review
