Nice to have you Massage

I made an appointment for 90 min by phone and arrived for my appointment. I was told I could only have one hour because she scheduled someone else. I asked if I could book the 90 min some other time today or in the future and she said No! She will not do one hour appointments even though, that is what the phone receptionist scheduled. This is sad because it was a pretty good massage when I came about a year ago. I don't treat myself often, this day is a bummer. One hour just is not enough for full relaxation. The menu still boasts 90 and 120 min massages. Also, asked if I could schedule ahead for a 120 min massage and was turned down.

While I was getting a message the lady looked at me and asked me to give an extra 20$ tip I had already left a 10$ tip because I had to pay prior to getting a message she asked several times which made me feel very uncomfortable when the message was over she went and got my receipt and said 20$ I then said no and I won’t be back ever. This was by far the worst experience I’ve experienced.
