Never written a review in my life. Have reported this broker to the TRC. Don't know what is truly going on with this Co. He had or has or doesn't have this listing.I really don't know. He had no contract on the Ranch. Made him and asking price offer two days later he tells me they accepted another offer. Its been listed for 6 mo. and now you get a over asking or and asking price offer from someone else! Don't think so!!!!! I have bought 4 ranches in texas and have never had this happen. Being in the Army, we have moved a lot and until now have never recommended a realtor on previous homes. Our New Braunfels house sold today. If anyone is looking for a Realtor we can happily recommend Barrett. He works out of an independent company and guess what...all the other homes in our neighborhood listed under national brokers are still for sale...
