Since returning the doctors and staff are as accommodating and congenial as they were before. It seems even more so. It may be because I have returned after the office moved and missed the good service. I am not sure, but you guys have always been kind and thorough. On my most recent visit, the team and Dr. Smith were attentive and prices are always reasonable. Service was personalized and top notch. The atmosphere has always been calm and inviting.

I recently moved to the McKinney area and needed a quality and professional veterinarian. I was told Stonebridge Family Vet is your place and they weren’t wrong. My first visit i was immediately greeted and escorted to my examination room. Shortly after i was greeted by Dr Smith, information was exchanged, she immediately took action and handled my cats needs…..which were serious. As the process proceeded, nothing was overlooked and my cat is doing much better, she’s 13 years of age, i am very impressed and will not be going elsewhere. I highly recommend Stonebridge Family Vet, you will not be disappointed, as it was handled with loving, educated care and gentle hands.

I recently adopted two 7 month old puppies (siblings) from the shelter and needed to find a vet since I had never had one and had no idea where to begin. Fortunately for me, there was a flyer in the packet from the shelter for Stonebridge Family Vet. I figured I could always find a different vet if I wasn’t satisfied. Well, let me tell you, I was blown away! They are truly family! From the minute I walked in, everyone on staff was friendly and helpful until the minute I left. Dr. Gates was outstanding. She thoroughly examined each puppy and answered all my questions. After she was finished, each puppy was given a treat. They have definitely become part of our family forever!
Every time I have been to Stonebridge Family Vet (from the first visit to the most recent one), I have been impressed by the knowledge, care, kindness and dedication of the entire staff. This is the only practice my 2 pups have known and it is the only practice they will ever know. Thank you for loving Sugar Bear and Cinnamon Spice!

Dr.Gates and her staff are professional and so very warm and compassionate. I found them when I brought in my Baby, she didn’t make it but they treated her very well and did everything to try to get her feeling better. I will only bring my dogs here!

A few months have passed since I last visited Stonebridge, but my dog was a patient of theirs for over two years. I cannot recommend Stonebridge Family Vet enough to anyone with a dog. With the last few months I spent in Texas, my dog, Panda, kept having digestive issues, became lethargic, as well as other illnesses. It was thanks to Dr. Gates, the Vet Techs, and the people in the front office that my dog was able to be diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. They were able to provide me with my dog’s necessary medication and gave me enough to ensure I was adequately stocked during my move.
Since then, my dog has made a complete 180 and she is acting like her old self again. I also have established a new vet where I live, and they commended how thorough the notes were on her file. I have the crew at Stonebridge to thank for getting me and my dog through what could’ve been an even-more challenging time. They showed that they care deeply for your pet and your peace of mind.

Stonebridge recently moved to a new and improved facility offering more services. The staff and especially Dr. Gates are amazing. Dr. Gates has been treating my dog for about 3 years now and with her care, he lives a happier and healthier life. I really love Stonebridge for always being so communicative, genuine and helpful!
