I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails
The customer service is top-notch, Rachel, who was our sales girl was just as sweet and knowledgeable as could be and we met Mr. John Lee, he is so kind and can tell you anything you want to know about the massage chairs. They don’t try to rush you and let you just enjoy and try any chair you want! They have tons to choose from! We got an awesome prize with their black Friday sales. And it sounds like they really take care of their customers!
Karen is a phenomenal massage therapist. I found her online when I really, really needed someone to handle my sciatica. Sadly, I'd gotten worse at working later and later and staying in my chair for long periods of time -- that *really* is not good for your hips, thighs, lower legs, and all the muscles that connect them.
I had gone to a couple others somewhere else to deal with it, but no permanent change. That changed after only three visits to Karen, as well as talking through some yoga poses with her. She does yoga herself, and even demonstrated some poses for me at the end of our appointment.
