Was told a master plumber would be coming out for a home warranty repair 2 days after technician came to survey the work, didn’t hear back from them for over 9 days after multiple calls were made to inquire on when they come. The same person/tech that came out previously came to perform the work (not the master plumber we were told would be coming to perform the service). Technicians work was not complete and when questioned about the quality, I was told “that’s just the way it is”. Technician proceeded to make excuses regarding why work could not be completed. When my wife asked for next steps he RAISED HIS VOICE and yelled “what the hell do you want me to do?!”
This company came into our home spouting buzzwords like “honesty, integrity, trustworthiness” only to push for upsells and couldn’t even follow the timeline they quoted nor provide any semblance of quality work.
My wife was made to feel dismissed and disrespected in her own home simply for asking questions. When master plumber was called by tech I asked to speak to them and inquired how they would make this right. He proceeded to tell the tech to get in his truck and drive away as there was no way he could make us happy.
We were left with fixtures that are in worse shape than before they attempted work, and a blockage that we will have to get another plumber to fix.
Main issues = integrity, honesty, timely communication, follow through and the fact that a representative of this company rose his voice in a hostile manner to a woman when asking clarifying questions.
Ladies, I’d think twice before allowing this company into your home. Gentleman, I’d suggest you be present to inspect work and to provide an environment of safety for your family/loved ones.

Be Aware of these guys they are a scam, they don’t know what they are doing…I had a simple clog in my toilet and they charged me 300$ and still couldn’t fix the issue, they wanted another 300$ to come again and try different things….the guy who came in kept calling his boss asking him what to do. Inexperienced technicians they even asked me to replace the whole toilet , I had another guy come in and he was able to fix it in 10min. I even raised a complaint with warranty company.

Incredible work by Jimmy, Shaun & the team! We are selling our house & had some water pressure issues with the hot water. Shaun came out & determined we had a leak somewhere under the house. Jimmy came out the next day & discovered that not only did we have a leak under the foundation, but our hot water heater was also filled with sediment from the leak. He was able to come out the next day in the morning & had a crew tunnel under our house to repair the leak & were finished around 1 PM. Shaun came back a few days later to replace the water heater & do a pressure test. All of this work was done in under a week. Their communication was amazing throughout this process & pricing was excellent considering the work that needed to be done. Our timeline was heavily considered too, with being on such a time crunch with selling our house. Highly recommend - thank you Jimmy & Shaun! We will be sure to call y’all with any plumbing issues in the future.

Wow! The professionalism and 100% customer service is above what is expected. I am the CEO of the Denison Area Chamber of Commerce. While I try to always use local folks and members of my chamber, I have a home warranty and they are the ones who service the warranty. It took two weeks to get our leak repaired through no fault of them. The warranty companies are honestly a pain and when you get an irritated homeowner tired of dealing with the warranty folks, who many times are not USA based, you can imagine the frustration. Jimmy and Shawn were incredible!!! Not only did they not give up, which was most likely a pain for them being 45 miles away, they worked diligently to make sure we were happy. Personal phone calls and always helpful I highly recommend them! Oh and they did an incredible job repairing our leak.

DO NOT USE!!! He cost us hundreds of dollars, he has lied and cheated us. Called Jimmy Cash, a plumber in Plano for a garbage disposal. Should be a simple thing, but they managed to cause a leak in our under-sink water filter, which sits right next to the garbage disposal. Didn’t notice it for a couple days, and water had penetrated and destroyed the cabinet floor. We had to replace the sub-floor and floor in the cabinets. Jimmy tried to blame it on the filter, but his guy battered the connections while he was working down there. We’ve had several of these water filters (one brand) for over 20 years, and replaced them only when we thought necessary based on age – NEVER has one failed. After some back and forth, Jimmy Cash said he would refund our money. After repeated promises to issue a refund, he has not. He has ripped me off and I’m not happy. This has become a big project to fix, and it shouldn’t have happened. When it did happen, he should make it right. Instead, he walks away, leaving me with a mess, a broken water filter (his doing), and a bunch of lies. What a disappointment. There are other plumbers out there! Make a better decision than I did…

I used these guys on my rental property when I was out of town. Called some of the large companies and they wanted over 4k for repairs. I called Jimmy Cash (if that’s his name) and they went out and actually found the issue and fixed it for $520. Couldn’t believe it! I’ll be using them again for sure
