The manager communicated after the mishap very attentive and cordial, giving a solution to what happened.He was satisfied with the service provided and the good disposition of the manager!!!I waited in the room for more than 35 minutes to cut my hair with the person who usually cut my hair after this wait and see how other people passed by, he told me "sorry, I can't help you, come back later" all because someone else I knew had arrived.It seems to me a lack of respect because if he had indicated it would have happened with any of the other barbers who had already taken care of it.They will understand that time is invaluable!

The lounge is not open on Tuesdays. They have service from Wednesday to Monday. often stays past closing not like other stores. Excellent client service.Great men and women cuts and colors. I have referred my friends and they are now regulars.
