Dr. Chris made me promise I wouldn’t quit after the first few visits. He told me very clearly this would probably got worse before it got better but to give him a chance. Sure enough, the first few weeks were rough. But then adjustments became easier and I started noticing I was having less migraine days, needing less migraine medication, and when the migraines do happen the intensity has lessened as well. I’ve also noticed a good improvement in my POTS symptoms with having less severe flare days.
