I've called Bill twice now and both times he arrived quickly, was polite, fixed what we needed with no BS and reasonable cost. Today we needed him to look at a leak in our garage and ended up a water heater replacement along with some additional parts. He was done within 2 hours including the trip to pick up the new heater and other supplies. Not the kind of day you want to have but he made it easy. Fast, friendly, honest and efficient. Highly recommend!
