I totally agree with what Jessica G. wrote about the office but I do have to add that the nurse picked up a dead cockroach from the floor. I always arrive at least 15 minutes before my appointment so that I am on time. I ended up being there 4 hours! Unacceptable! The paperwork was tedious and I couldn't understand why I was asked questions that did not concern my reason for the visit. I did have an exam that was very extensive and found that he discovered several things wrong that I did not know. Including an answer as to why my legs ached.
