Always a wonderful experience to visit my doctor and nurses in the red team. It's like coming home, from the clerk at the front desk all the way to my doctor's. Everybody is very helpful and professional. Thank you McAllen v.a for youre service to the veterans in the Rio grande valley.

I can’t believe anyone would complain about this facility. This VA clinic is absolutely outstanding. I have been to others where people are rude and cold. The people who work here - from the greeters and security guards at the entrance to the medical professionals who take care of us - are always kind and considerate and compassionate. I am nothing but grateful to the heroes who work here. Red team rocks. Ms Ale and Nurse Maggie are awesome and so are all their crew hands. I thank the prosthetics people also, and the physical therapists and Michelle the dietitian, who’s an angel, and the professionals at the nut house who’ve probably saved me from myself a few times....read full review

So far, I can’t complain about this clinic. They have been fairly quick to respond to any concerns I have. They can only do so much, when the government’s electronic communication system is outdated!
